Abstract

The paper offers an interpretation of Kant's theory of causality in the light of the contemporary debate on dispositional properties and the controversy between Humeanism and dispositionalism. I try to show that Kant's account integrates both paradigms, Humean regularity and the metaphysical power's theory, into transcendental philosophy. The question is whether this is a viable account.
